Manchester Mechanical Services is a family owned and operated small business that started in George Manchester’s garage back in 1995. MMS is a two-generation mechanical contracting business proudly serving the state of Michigan and beyond. The company is currently operated by owner and founder George who has been working in the mechanical field for over 30 years.

Originally established as a commercial residential mechanical contractor, MMS has now transformed into a specialized mechanical contractor primarily serving large scale, design build, custom commercial and industrial facilities.

Manchester Mechanical Services specializes in the planning, design, and installation of all mechanical needs in cultivation, processing, dispensaries and any other mission critical applications. With over 25 years of experience, we pride ourselves in providing quality, efficient solutions to your entire home or protecting your investment long term.

We have an onsite sheet metal shop which enables us to custom fit any job, a full design studio and expansive inventory to provide solutions for all your Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), Refrigeration and Dehumidification needs. We provide a large variety of brands of equipment including Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Aaon, CaptiveAire, and more! Please ask us about our private label brand too!

Our Qualifications

We are mechanical professionals and maintain a high level of quality among our staff. All our technicians are continually provided training through Interplay Learning. Interplay Learning is an exclusive platform partnered with North American Technician Excellence (NATE) to provide highly effective digital learning simulations and certifications for HVAC and more.

Also on staff, we have state certified teaching staff to train employees at other mechanical contractors.
